A little bit about me
I'm a THW-certified birth and postpartum doula based in Salem, serving families throughout the Mid-Willamette Valley. I truly believe everyone deserves a doula — a strong, steady beacon during one of the most laborious and tender times of their lives. The idea was brought to me years before I took the leap, and I'm so glad I did.
My support is emotional, physical, and educational — from breathing and positioning coaching to making sure you actually understand what's happening every step of the way. We start with prenatal visits so we can really get to know each other, I provide continuous support through labor, and I'm there for you in the postpartum period too. Wherever you are in your journey, I would be honored to be welcomed into your space.
Outside of this work I'm a mother to one, a crafter of many mediums, and a lover of the outdoors. I'm always the person with a resource to share or a "oh I just read this!" moment — I love to learn and I love to talk. I bring that same energy to my clients. I run an inclusive, all-welcoming practice and I mean that wholeheartedly. I believe every year of life brings more wisdom and growth, and I try to bring that perspective into everything I do — finding the silver lining, staying realistic, and showing up with a whole lot of heart no matter what we're navigating together. A laugh or two along the way never hurts either.
